Welcome to Tabistar's terms of service agreement.This document details the terms that govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and applications (the “Services”).

By accessing or using any part of the Services, whether as a business creating a listing, a user searching listings, or in any other capacity, you agree to become bound by these Terms. Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and creates a binding contract between you and Tabistar. This contract includes our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, and any other policies made available to you through using our Services.
BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER TERMS. IF THESE TERMS ARE CONSIDERED AN OFFER, ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THESE TERMS.
By submitting a business listing to Tabistar, the listing business confirms, represents, and warrants that:
All information contained within the listing—including descriptions of business offerings, location details, contact information, hours of service, licensure statuses claimed, credentials listed, pricing representations, and media uploads—presents a current, factual, and transparent portrayal of the business's goods/services and operating parameters under which transactions with consumers will be executed.
The business lists the most accurate and up-to-date details needed to make an informed decision on whether to purchase/contract the listed offerings.
All images, videos, media files, and other content uploaded within the listing are owned by the business or proper license has been attained for use of said media on Tabistar.
The business listing does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, business rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, trademarks, service marks, brands, logos, or other ownership interests of any third party.
Businesses hold responsibility for proactively maintaining compliant, non-deceptive representations within their Tabistar listings. Tabistar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for repeated or egregious publication of false, inaccurate, outdated, or improperly licensed business details or media.
Use of Tabistar's business directory services is at users' sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabistar expressly disclaims any and all liability for any (1) loss or damages or (2) commercial, special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the existence, access, use or inability to use Tabistar and the content or information available through the directory.
This blanket disclaimer of liability encompasses damages incurred directly within platform usage or indirectly through a business relationship, transaction or interaction initiated via the Tabistar platform.
Specifically, Tabistar cannot and does not accept liability for any loss or damages arising from:

Tabistar cannot control or guarantee the performance or behavior of any third party business. Consumers maintain full responsibility for independently vetting businesses discovered on the directory before tendering payment or receiving services.
Consumers access Tabistar directory content at their own discretion and sole accountability. Use of any business or professional found through the platform is strictly “buyer beware”.
Tabistar operates as a neutral platform, unable to continuously monitor the accuracy of each business listing submission across the directory. However, we take consumer trust seriously. Upon receiving complaints of factually misleading, improper, or unlawful business listings, Tabistar will conduct appropriate investigation and may, at its sole discretion, remove non-compliant listings from the directory alongside suspending or terminating associated business accounts.
Factors triggering possible account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:
Tabistar also reserves the right to remove or modify any submitted content that reasonably appears false, misleading, risky, offensive, or otherwise in violation of directory policies and standards.
Businesses understand that account suspension or termination forfeits rights to access or modify existing Tabistar listings and may impact reputation. Appeals of removals or account actions should be submitted via email.
Tabistar promotes an open, trustworthy business directory assisting consumers to discover quality local enterprises. We expect all users to access our platforms legally, ethically, and communally.

Tabistar cooperates with authorities to investigate violations of law using our platforms. We may enforce violations of these Terms through listing deletion or by suspending/terminating non-compliant accounts.
In utilizing Tabistar, you must act with integrity to foster an honest, useful business directory. By submitting a listing or accessing this platform, businesses and consumers alike agree to behave legally and avoid detrimental activities that could impair normal operations of our marketplace.
All copyright, database rights, trade marks, intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights subsisting in our Website or Application and any content made available to you from Website or Application, shall remain our property or the property of our licensors. All such rights are expressly reserved.
You may only view, print out and use the Materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. We expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in and to the Website, Application and the Materials and your use of the Website, Application and Materials is subject to the following restrictions. We expressly reserve all rights in and to the Tabistar domain names, its logo and all other related service marks, trading names or other trademarks relating to our Website, Application and other products and services. Other trademarks, products and company names mentioned on the Website or Application may be trademarks of their respective owners or licensors and the rights in such marks are expressly reserved to the respective owners or licensors.
Tabistar provides paid advertising opportunities for businesses listed on our directory to showcase promotions, events, sales and more to targeted audiences.
Eligibility - Only registered Tabistar business account holders can purchase and manage advertisements on our platform.
Content Guidelines - All ads must comply with Tabistar’s policies prohibiting obscene, illegal, harmful or fraudulent content. Advertised products/services, claims and offers must be accurate representations of the advertiser’s actual business. False or misleading advertising is prohibited.
Approval Process - Advertisers must submit all ad content for Tabistar review and receive approval before publication on our sites. We reserve the right to reject any ads deemed inappropriate or non-compliant with policies, with no obligation for advertiser pre-approval.
Competitor Restrictions - Ads cannot disparage or misrepresent competitor businesses, products or services without verifiable permission. Comparative claims must have documented proof.
Intellectual Property - Advertisers must have legal rights to all trademarked brands and copyrighted creative materials used in their advertisements.
Removal Authority - Tabistar holds sole discretion to immediately pause, take down or reject any ads found in violation of policies, inaccurate, or posing legal, competitive, or ethical concerns without advertiser approval.
Accountability - Advertisers are fully accountable for ad content, offer accuracy, claim substantiation, legal/regulatory compliance, and license requirements related to their business, products and services promoted on Tabistar.
By advertising with Tabistar, companies agree to comply with all platform policies, standards and applicable laws around advertising practices. Violations may result in immediate loss of advertising privileges or account termination without refund or reimbursement. Any prepaid ad spend associated with accounts terminated for policy breaches will not be returned.
Tabistar's directory may contain links or references to third-party websites not controlled or maintained by Tabistar. Examples include URLs and social media handles listed on business profiles.
We provide such links only as a convenience for general informational purposes. The inclusion of external URLs does not imply endorsement of that site nor any association between Tabistar and third parties.
Visiting externally linked websites is done entirely at your own risk.
By using Tabistar services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in online activity. Tabistar cannot guarantee total protection of data against intrusion while en route to our servers over the internet. Users assume security risks for information transmitted from their device to our sites.
While we strive to protect and secure internal systems, users must also implement prudent online security steps like using strong passwords, avoiding suspicious links, and keeping browsers, operating systems and antivirus software updated. Securing devices and connections utilized to access Tabistar remains each individual user's responsibility. No online entity can eliminate all data theft or breach risks. Users submit information online according to personal risk comfort levels.
Tabistar reserves the broad right to modify these Terms of Service without direct notice to users. Amended terms become binding once published on Tabistar's website or mobile applications.
Continued access of Tabistar platforms after changes indicates user acceptance of updated policies as legally operative.
Users are responsible for frequently reviewing terms to ensure awareness of prevailing standards. Updated terms will apply prospectively to usage moving forward from date of publication. Prior utilization under former terms shall remain enforceable against users originally consenting.
If you disagree with modified Terms of Service, immediately cease accessing Tabistar platforms. Usage post-revision signals your assent to be bound by adjusted requirements as written. The site permits no selective conformation to portions of evolving policies. Amended terms must be accepted in full or else individuals and businesses should discontinue participation rather than risk policy breach.
