Canoe Place Inn in Hampton Bays, New York and Wölffer Estate Vineyard are partnering for a wine dinner event scheduled for May 1st at 6:30 pm.
The evening begins with a cocktail reception, followed by a multi-course farm-to-table dinner menu. Each course will be paired with wines from Wölffer Estate Vineyard, including chardonnays and a merlot selected by winemaker Roman Roth.
Wines poured at the "World Class Wines of New York" dinner aim to highlight top vinifera wines produced in the New York state region by the Wölffer Estate. The intimate event setting will be Canoe Place Inn's Canoe Place Study room.
The collaboration merges the Hamptons-based winery's acclaimed wines with seasonal, locally sourced cuisine in an upscale wine-paired dinner experience. Due to limited availability, reservations are required for the 20-person capacity event.
