Description
The Hamptons Pride Parade is an annual LGBTQ pride march and celebration held in the Hamptons region of Long Island, New York. The 2024 edition will mark the 3rd annual Hamptons Pride Parade organized by the non-profit group Hamptons Pride, Inc.
The 2024 Hamptons Pride Parade is scheduled for June 1st, with festivities commencing at 12:00 p.m. Registered participants will march eastward along Main Street, then turn onto Newtown Lane, Railroad Avenue, and Lumber Lane before concluding at Herrick Park. A celebratory gathering with music is planned for the park following the parade.
Hamptons Pride, Inc. is a public charity established by local residents to promote LGBTQ visibility and create a historical commemoration of The Swamp, a former longstanding gay nightclub in the Wainscott area. In addition to organizing the annual Hamptons Pride Parade each June, the organization's mission is funded through individual donations, foundations, and corporate sponsors.
